Admission Requirements
Certificate Programs
- Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with at least four D’s in science subjects.
- For ICT: A pass in Basic Mathematics and English is required.
- For Agriculture: Preference is given to candidates with a science background.
Diploma Programs
- Holder of a relevant Certificate (NTA Level 4) from a recognized institution.
- For ICT: CICT or equivalent certifications accepted.
- For Agriculture: Prior agricultural training or science background is an advantage.
How to Apply
Step 1: Check Eligibility Requirements
- NTA Level 4 (Basic Technician Certificate):
- Completion of Form Four (O-Level) with at least 2 passes (D grade and above in science subjects).
- NTA Level 5 (Technician Certificate):
- Successful completion of NTA Level 4 in a related field.
- NTA Level 6 (Ordinary Diploma):
- Successful completion of NTA Level 5.
Step 4: Prepare Required Documents
- Academic certificates (Form IV, Form VI)
- Birth certificate
- Passport-size photo
- Application fee payment slip
- National ID (if available)
Step 7: Confirm and Register
- Follow the instructions in your admission letter to confirm.
- Pay tuition and registration fees.
- Report to the college on the specified date with original documents.

- Crop Production NTA L4
- Information Communication Technology NTA L4
Step 5: Fill Out the Application Form

- Obtain and fill out the application form (download here).
- Attach all required documents.
- Pay the application fee as instructed.
- Submit the application in person or via email/post.
Step 3: Application Mode

- Check updates from the college.
- If selected, you’ll receive an admission letter.
